WHAT TIME IS CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT?

You can check-in from 3 pm and check out by 11am, however, if you’d like a later checkout, please speak to our Front of House team on arrival.

You can also request early check-in and late checkouts at the reservations stage in the Personalise My Stay section. These are on a request basis and will be confirmed by our team via email.


WHEN IS YOUR RECEPTION OPEN?

Our reception is open 24/7 – whether you want some inspiration for your days out, directions or toiletries, our team are here to help.


WHAT TIME IS BREAKFAST?

You can enjoy breakfast in The Chapel everyday from 7.00am – 10.00am


ARE YOU A NON-SMOKING HOTEL?

We are a fully non-smoking hotel. Our Front Desk team can direct you to the Smoking Area outside the hotel.


DO YOU HAVE ANY FITNESS FACILITIES?

We have a small fitness suite available which offers a running machine and a selection of weights, so you can keep up with your routine whilst on the move.


DO YOU HAVE ONSITE PARKING?

We have plenty of onsite parking spaces available on a first come, first served basis.


DO YOU HAVE ELECTRIC CAR CHARGING POINTS?

We do have two electric car charging points available on site.


IS THERE AN EXTRA PERSON CHARGE?

There will be an extra charge per person depending on the type of package booked. Our maximum capacity per room is 2 Adults, 2 Children (under the age of 13). Any queries or concerns regarding this, please contact reception.


IS THERE AN EARLY DEPARTURE FEE?

All flexible and advanced bookings which wish for an early departure are non-refundable.


IS THERE A LATE DEPARTURE FEE?

Late departures need to be arranged the night before you are due to depart and are subject to availability. You can also request late departures when you make your booking through Personalise My Stay section. These are on a request basis and will be confirmed by our team. Any unadvised late departures attract a charge of £15 per hour.


WHAT’S YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

Flexible Reservations Cancellations and amendments can be made up to 72 hours before arrival. Any cancellations made within 72 hours of the arrival date will incur a charge equal to the total cost of the stay. Non-Refundable Reservations This reservation has a full prepayment, non-refundable policy. If you wish to cancel you will forfeit the full prepayment.


ARE YOU DOG FRIENDLY?

We are delighted to welcome dogs to our establishment. All dog-friendly rooms are conveniently located on the ground floor, ensuring easy access for your furry companions. There is a charge of £20 per dog, per night. You can add your dog to your booking during the reservation process or simply contact our reception team via email or phone to confirm your pet’s stay with us.


DO YOU PROVIDE ROOM SERVICE?

Yes, we offer the Chapel menu for evening room service served until 9pm. The menu can be found in the rooms guest guide.


DO YOU HAVE WIFI?

We have free Wi-Fi available throughout the hotel.


DO YOU SELL TICKETS FOR BODMIN JAIL ATTRACTION?

If you made your booking through a third-party website or have booked Bed and Breakfast, you can purchase your attraction tickets directly at the museum entrance. However, if you have booked our Prisoner, Warden or Governor experience, you’ll receive complimentary self-guided tour tickets! Just let our Front Desk team know what time you would like to book.
