WHAT TIME IS CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT?

You can check in from 3:00 PM, and check out is by 11:00 AM.


WHEN IS YOUR RECEPTION OPEN?

Our reception is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.


WHAT TIME IS BREAKFAST?

You can enjoy breakfast in The Chapel Restaurant everyday from 7.00am – 10.30am.


ARE YOU A NON-SMOKING HOTEL?

We are a fully non-smoking hotel. Our Front Desk team will be happy to direct you to the designated smoking area outside the hotel.

Please note that smoking inside the hotel or guest rooms is strictly prohibited, and if evidence of smoking is found, a charge of up to £250 will be applied to cover the cost of specialist cleaning and the room being unavailable for sale.


DO YOU HAVE ANY FITNESS FACILITIES?

We have a fitness suite available 24/7 which offers a selection of weights and exercise machines.


DO YOU HAVE ONSITE PARKING?

We have free onsite parking spaces available on a first come, first served basis.


DO YOU HAVE ELECTRIC CAR CHARGING POINTS?

We do have four complimentary electric car charging points available on site.


IS THERE AN EXTRA PERSON CHARGE?

There will be an extra charge per person depending on the type of package booked. Our maximum capacity per room is 2 Adults, 2 Children (under the age of 13).


IS THERE AN EARLY DEPARTURE FEE?

All flexible and advanced bookings which wish for an early departure are non-refundable.


IS THERE A LATE DEPARTURE FEE?

Late departures need to be arranged the night before you are due to depart and are subject to availability. These are on a request basis and will be confirmed by our team. Any unadvised late departures attract a charge of £15 per hour.


WHAT’S YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

Flexible Reservations

Cancellations or amendments are permitted up to 72 hours prior to arrival. A valid credit card is required to guarantee your reservation. If cancelled within 72 hours of arrival, the full booking amount will be charged.

Non-Refundable Reservations

This reservation has a full prepayment, non-refundable policy. If you wish to cancel you will forfeit the full prepayment.


ARE YOU DOG FRIENDLY?

All stays with pets must be booked through our Pet-Friendly Package. We welcome dogs up to 20kg.

Please note that if the Pet-Friendly Package is not selected at the time of booking, we may unfortunately be unable to accommodate your pet.

To add a second pet to your reservation, please contact our team directly, who will be happy to assist.


DO YOU PROVIDE ROOM SERVICE?

Yes, we offer a room service menu served until 9pm, subject to availability. The menu can be found in your cell.


DO YOU HAVE WIFI?

We have free Wi-Fi available throughout the hotel.


are the in-room mini bars complimentary?

Yes, all in-room mini bars are complimentary for our guests to enjoy during their stay.


DO YOU SELL TICKETS FOR BODMIN JAIL ATTRACTION?

If you made your booking through a third-party website or have not booked one of our experience packages, you can purchase your attraction tickets directly at the museum entrance.

However, if you have booked our Prisoner or Governor experience, you’ll receive complimentary tour tickets! Just let our Front Desk team know what time you would like to book.
