Miko’s culinary foundation was shaped in some of London’s most prestigious and demanding kitchens. Working for culinary icons such as Marco Pierre White and Gordon Ramsay, as well as with renowned hospitality group Searcys and an exclusive private members’ club. He developed a mastery of classical techniques and an uncompromising attention to detail. These formative years instilled in him a deep respect for premium ingredients and precision-led cooking.
A Global Perspective on Bespoke Dining
Beyond London, Miko expanded his horizons as a private chef aboard luxury motor yachts and within the homes of ultra-high-net-worth families around the world. This international experience refined his understanding of bespoke service, cultural nuance, and elevated dining expectations—an approach that aligns seamlessly with the unique character and heritage of Bodmin Jail Hotel.
